Ekadashi Aloo Toast
Ingredient :
For Sandwich Masala :
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Star Anise / Chakr Phool
4 Cloves
8 - 10 Whole Black Peppercorn
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1/4 tsp Black Salt
1/3 cup Peanuts ( Optional )
For Sandwich Stuffing :
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter ( Optional )
2 Medium Size Potatoes
1 Green Chili
1 inch Ginger ( Finely Chopped )
1 tbsp Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
1/2 tsp Sugar ( Optional )
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Red Chilli Flakes
Cheese ( Optional )
For Batter :
1 cup Samo / Barnyard Millet
1/4 cup Sabudana / Tapioca Pearls
1/4 cup Yogurt
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp Eno / Fruit Salt
