Try out this Ekadashi Special Makhana Almond Halwa which has a royal nutty flavour of almonds and its crunch in every bite. This wonderful healthy halwa is so delicious and a perfect Ekadashi dessert.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
3 cups Makhana/ foxnut/ lotus seeds
1 tsp ghee
½ cup almonds
1 cup chopped jaggery
1½ cup water
¼th cup ghee
½ cup rajgira atta/ amaranth flour
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped almonds
Garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios and rose petals
