Electronics Workbench / Lab September 2023 update.

I've been meaning to make a more in-depth video on my electronics workbench for a while, but never got to the point where it was done and I could show you everything. I've since realized this is a journey without an endpoint and that 'done' state will never occur, so here is the State of the Bench report as of September 2023.
