ElegooSlicer Setup & Starter Settings for the Centauri Carbon In this video, I walk you through my setup process for ElegooSlicer, the slicing software built on OrcaSlicer and optimized for Elegoo’s new Centauri Carbon 3D printer. ⚠️ Important Note: These aren’t one-size-fits-all settings. Every printer, filament, and environment is different—including yours. The goal here isn’t to give you a perfect profile, but a solid starting point. These settings are adapted from my well-tested Bambu Lab X1C profiles, and while I’ve only printed a handful of models so far on the Centauri Carbon, the early results are promising. 💡 ElegooSlicer offers more fine-tuning control than Bambu Studio, which is a great opportunity to push your print quality even further. I’ll cover what settings I changed, why, and what to look out for as you begin dialing things in. 📸 ElegooSlicer Settings from This Video Here are the screenshots of the settings I used in the video. Use these as a starting point and adjust based on your printer, filament, and environment: 🔧 https://imgur.com/a/qXan97t ⚠️ Reminder: These settings are adapted from my X1C profile and still being tuned for the Centauri Carbon. Think of them as a launchpad—not a prescription. Let me know in the replies how they work for you! 🛠️ As always—this is TheCPTReview, and we’re printing tomorrow, today.
