The new Mandalay is the best explorer, but is it the best exobiology ship? well its certainly the best at purely jumping around and making a pot of gold from scanning Stratum Tectonicas, easily the best, but can it do it all? it's a top tier exobiologist but is it the best of the best?
In time I will gather more information on landings as that is the crucial factor in using this ship for exobiology, so far only the more extreme mountainous areas have been a challenge with only one biological abandoned, so performance is as good as the DBX respect to landings, as you would expect the Viper Mk4, Sidewinder and Eagle are still the best at landings being so small, but does that matter when you gain the jump range, cool runnings and the best jump range of any exobiology ship.

For those who don't watch the video and just look at the build link, I built this for exobiology, which is why the heavier shields and thrusters, I like to fly fast in the mountains as a nice diversion too. I also want to survive any high G landings and make this fun and survivable ship to protect my and hopefully your hard earnt credits too.
Please let me know your thoughts and drop your builds in the comments.
