I've recently reaally been enjoying the Elmyra2 from Neutral Labs and have posted a number of ambient / drone pieces on the channel (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLzK7ubWUDl-JaaiVtbLuz5BTvYwmx7_fv). It is, however an unusual instrument (dare I say 'esoteric') so I thought it would be useful to show what it is like in use so that, if you're interested in the instrument, you can get a flavour for what it is like to use.
So in this video I start from a "blank slate patch" and work my way up to something along the lines of the pieces I have recently posted, exploring the synthesis engine, effects, sequencer and more.
Reverb, when it comes on later in the video is from the Digitech Polara reverb pedal.
