COOKIE DOUGH
60g Mashed Banana
120g Brown Butter (liquid)
200g Light Brown Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
½ tsp Vanilla
170g Plain Flour
½ tsp Bicarb
½ tsp Salt
50g Candied Streaky Bacon (around 4 strips)
120g 54% Choc Chips
25g Banana Chips
100g Smooth Peanut Butter
CANDIED BACON
50g Dark Brown Sugar
5 Pieces Streaky Bacon
