In this session, we will provide an in-depth review of the 2023 Emergency Room Evaluation and Management (E/M) Levels Updates general guideline changes. We will also review the Emergency Room E&M level coding guideline changes and new E/M codes related to emergency room inpatient services, observation services and prolonged services. Example coding scenarios will be covered.
