The Emotiva T2+ vs T3+ is a very interesting one, I felt as if the T2+ was more inline with what I was looking for with music and the T3+ was the winner in home theater. If you are shopping for these shop with purpose, determine where they will be used the most (music or movies) and if there will be a sub in play, consider things like the size of your space as well.
