Birds, a viper and otters in Singapore. During my last trip to Singapore (and Malaysia - more to come on that) I spent a few days exploring the wildlife in my local park, Bishan Ang Mo Kio Park. While I didn't get much in the way of bird photography, at least none of the rarer species (again, more to come!) I did manage a great encounter with 2 otters, and an unexpected encounter with a black pit viper, also called the Black Spitting Cobra (naja sumatrana)! 00:00 Intro 00:21 Day 1 - Jungle fowl, common mynah, nesting heron, sparrow 03:53 3 days later - Monitor lizard, terrapins, nesting herons, black viper! 10:36 Last day - Mynah, herons, yellow vented bulbul, pink-necked green pigeon, waterhen, monitor lizard 13:03 Kingfisher, woodpecker 13:55 Otters! & an oriole and so glad I went for one last walk around the park. All music in this video from YouTube's audio library. Next video will have more birds and another snake, in Windsor Nature Park.
