材料 (4碗份量):
2隻芒果
2盒芒果啫喱粉 80克一盒
淡奶90毫升
牛奶210毫升
熱水200毫升
冷開水100毫升
芒果蓉/冷開水(低糖版) 100毫升
奶的比例 請因應喜好去調節:
清爽點的口感 牛奶份量可多點
口感棉滑點 淡奶比重可多點
Recipe (4 servings)
Mango 2 pcs
Mango jelly powder 2 packets (80g each)
Evaporated milk 90ml
Milk 210ml
Hot water 200ml
Cold water 100ml
Mango puree 100ml
Adjust the proportion of fresh milk and evaporated milk based on your preference
If you desire lighter texture of dessert, more fresh milk and less evaporated milk can be used.
If you desire silkier texture of dessert, more evaporated milk and less fresh milk can be used.
