今天我跟大家說一下肩關節撞擊綜合症, 英語叫做Shoulder Impingement. 患肩關節撞擊綜合症的朋友的徵狀是什麼呢? 通常把手提到水平線的時候就會開始不舒服了, 甚至把手放下來的時候也不舒服. 很多時候換衣服 交叉手的時候就會有痛症, 而痛症一般在肩膀前方位置. 用力拿東西或是提高手梳頭甚至轉身去拉拉鍊或扣鈕的時候也會很痛. 如果嚴重起來 晚上睡覺轉身壓著也會有痛症出現, 其實這一個的撞擊綜合症在哪裡呢?

Grabbing something or combing your hair., Or even trying to zip up or button up could feel pain. In severe cases, sideway sleeping might be painful. Where is shoulder impingement?
