[로제 떡볶이 레시피]
1. 쌀 떡볶이떡(250g) 물에 불리기
2. 베이컨(2장) 2cm 크기로 썰고 소시지(2개) 3cm 길이로 썰기
3. 어묵(3장) 큼직하게 썰고 대파(30g) 어슷 썰기
4. 생크림(200ml), 우유 1컵(200ml), 고추장(1큰술), 청양고춧가루(1큰술), 맛술(2큰술) 섞어 소스 만들기
5. 팬에 식용유(적당량) 두르고 대파 볶기
6. 다진 마늘(1/2큰술) 넣고 베이컨, 어묵, 소시지 넣어 볶기
7. 떡볶이떡, 소스 넣어 3~4분 볶은 뒤 굴소스(1/2큰술) 넣기
8. 그릇에 떡볶이 담은 뒤 체더 슬라이스 치즈(1장), 파슬리가루(약간) 뿌리기

[Pink Sauce Tteokbokki Recipe]
1. Soften the rice cake (250g) in water
2. Cut 2 slices of bacon into 2cm sizes and cut two sausages into 3cm length
3. Cut fish cake (3 sheets) into big sizes and slice the green onion (30g) diagonally
4. Mix fresh cream (200ml), a cup of milk (200ml), gochujang (1 tbsp), Cheongyang pepper powder (1 tbsp), cooking wine (2 tbsp), and make the sauce
5. Add some cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry green onion
6. Put minced garlic (1/2 tbsp), add bacon, fish cake, sausage, and stir-fry
7. Add rice cake and sauce, stir-fry it for about 3-4 minutes, and put oyster sauce (1/2 tbsp)
8. Put tteokbokki on a dish, add a slice of cheddar cheese (1 slice), and sprinkle some parsley
