幼少期、三線を弾くと「勉強しなさい」と叱られていた神谷幸一先生。レッテルを乗り越え沖縄の民衆の心を癒してきた。戦争で故郷を追われた沖縄の人々が、何もない場所から再び文化を築き上げたように、三線は今も沖縄の魂を伝え続けている。三線の音と共に沖縄の歴史を未来へとつなぐことの大切さを語る。
