1. If scorched rice doesn't come off after 2~3 minutes of cooling down, since the nurungji is not done yet, scorch it a bit more
2. After the first round, you can't get on the next round because of the leftover you scorched in the first round. In this case, pour a cup of water into the pan and wipe the leftover and then water off. You can do it again.
