You can effectively engrave and score clear acrylic using a diode laser, and I’m here to share some tips on how to achieve great results. In this video, I demonstrate the process with my xTool S1, but these techniques can be applied to many diode lasers available today. For this project, I used the following settings: 23% power and a speed of 300. I chose the scoring option rather than engraving, but you can use either method depending on your desired outcome. Enjoy experimenting with LED lights for added effects!
