红葱酥 1/2杯（Fried red onion 1/2 cup）
酱油 1/3杯约 80ml（Soy sauce 1/3 cup）
米酒 1/3杯约 80ml（Rice wine 1/3 cup）
蒜末 1汤匙（Minced garlic 1 tablespoon）
冰糖 20克（Rock sugar 20 g）
八角2个（2 star anise）
水2杯（Water 2 cups）
泡发黄豆 1/4杯 （Soaked soy 1/4 cup）
