新年要到了，家家户户都开始准备新年年饼了。这次与大家分享的是马铃薯饼，也有人称作马铃薯片。不管他是什么名字，大家只要知道，它是以马铃薯为主要食材，然后拿去油炸形成的。虽然间中过程有些许复杂，但毕竟是自己制作的，无防腐剂，而且也比较能够自己控制调味料的份量。
