We collect our new boat, Sula, a Hanse 385, from Shieldaig and sail her back down the West coast of Scotland to Largs, 260 nautical miles. This episode takes us from Oban (Kerrera) to Largs, the last 4 days of our 7 day trip in July 2020.
Out of Oban Marina we sail through the Sound of Kerrera and the Sound of Luing to Craighouse, Jura. From Jura we sail to Port Ellen on Islay and on past the Mull of Kintyre to a mooring buoy at Lamlash on Arran. From Lamlash it's a short sail back to Largs.
It was a challenging trip for relative beginners and we were delighted to make it safely to Largs. Hope you enjoy.
