Hameeda [they/she] is a freelance journalist and co-founder of Dignity in Difference (DiD), a South Asia-focused nonprofit countering digital violence. Through their work, Hameeda centers narrative change, exploring justice, power, gender, and identity, and how these intersect with society. As a writer, they contribute long-form articles, feminist analysis, and essays, both fictional and non-fictional, to platforms like The Third Eye, Newslaundry, and Khabar Lahariya. At DiD, they co-create with communities to transform narratives around digital violence through research, advocacy and training.
