As a follow up to Ep. 39 where we talked about snare beds, this week is about the extreme ends of the spectrum for snare wire count- from 16 all the way to 42 strand wires, and how the snare wire count affects the sound and behavior of your drum.
Wires used for this video were the Puresound Concert 16-strand and Gibralter 42-strand wires on a 60's Ludwig Acrolite with Evans UV1 batter and Snare Side 200.
