In this episode, we are joined by Dr. Julia Smachlo, DVM, MPH who is a Clinical Veterinarian at Biomere in Worchester, MA. Julia recently completed her laboratory animal medicine residency program at the University of Minnesota, where she also completed her DVM degree. In addition, Julia also holds an MPH degree, from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Today’s guest is Dr. Julia P. Smachlo, a Clinical Veterinarian at Biomere in Worcester, MA. Dr. Smachlo brings a wealth of expertise, having recently completed her laboratory animal medicine residency at the University of Minnesota, where she also earned her DVM and MPH degrees from the School of Public Health. We’re thrilled to have Julia join us to dive into her recent JAALAS paper, "Evaluation of the Efficacy of Disinfectants in Reducing Contamination of Bacterial and Viral Murine Pathogens on Gloved Hands."
