I'm going back to my roots as a realtime spectral synthesis programmer and enthusiast. the Erae, although it currently cant't show the things I'm drawing, can act as a touch tablet, and here I'm throwing back to my good old Kurta and Wacom tablets that I used with my Amiga with my program (nobody called them "apps") RGS. [ https://jhhl.net/r/em94 ] and my iOS app Tondo [ https://jhhl.net/iPhone/Tondo ].
You draw on the erae and actually , it's creating shapes that control the sine oscillators. This makes it very flexible for future manipulation and integration. It'll be nicer when I can draw on the display, though.
