Some aspects are out of date now in terms of my knowledge of the subject based on the latest research and understandings (for example, I mention 'conscious mind' and 'unconscious mind'. I use these terms as convenient terms, but if you asked me about these terms I would have explained they are just convenient ways of explaining things, there is no such thing as a conscious mind or unconscious mind, but I still used the terms to share ideas. I now try not to ever use these terms to avoid misleading or creating confusion).
