In this video I show you how to create a very cool necklace out of beaded wire that gets noticed . This is a great way to use up your seed beads by making a "soup".
Tools and Materials:
Chain nose pliers
Flush cutters
Mandrel (no thinner than a pencil, a knitting needle works great)
Bead spinner (optional and a great time saver)
E6000 glue
22 gauge stiff wire (German wire works great)
Bead Soup (nice mix of 11/0, 8/0, 6/0, etc)
2 to 3 strands of 1.5-2 mm cord cut to your desired length
Glue-on clasp
I didn't reinvent the wheel here so if there are other videos of this type of design, that is totally coincidental and I assure you, this one came out of my head just the other day.
