In a very challenging and competitive global economy, the same can be said for any enterprise. In his lecture, Jeffrey Immelt, Chairman and CEO of GE, discussed the value of culture and what it means in a business context. Mr. Immelt shared the main pillars of GE's culture, such as being mission based and solutions oriented, and how those pillars help GE take on some the world's toughest challenges.
