Everything Wrong With Sonic X Shadow Generations

PASTICHE OF CINEMASINS' " #EverythingWrongWith " SERIES. I knew I wanted to make this video this way, well before #SonicXShadowGenerations was released. When it came out, I livestreamed it, as I do with any major #SonicTheHedgehog release nowadays. Little did I know that what awaited me was the largest video project I've ever endeavored to tackle up until this point. And not only because of the scope of this project, but because of life events that made it difficult to work on the video at the pace I would've liked. My idea was to release it in time for the holidays, and when that seemed impossible, my hope was to release on the anniversary of the original Everything Wrong With Sonic Generations video. Knowing what I know now... I have no idea how I thought that would be possible. To me, Sonic Generations remains as great as it ever was, with additional content that will keep you playing for just a touch more than you would the original, while replacing some dialogue with some... Questionable voice direction. Overall, still a quality product that has stood the test of time, 13 years down the line. #ShadowGenerations holds a somewhat even MORE special place to me now, however. This series started with Shadow's very own game, and so to celebrate that with a game that is exponentially better than its inspiration (Shadow the Hedgehog), its predecessor (Sonic Frontiers), AND its contemporary (Sonic Generations), I knew I had to make this video uniquely special. This video is not just a celebration of the fantastic game both these are, but of the time that I've been working on these Sonic 'Everything Wrong With' pastiches. 10 years seems like only yesterday and yet, to look back and see how the series and I have evolved... I can't help but feel emotional. Thank you to all of you for sticking by me all this time, celebrating this series we all love so much, by making fun of it in ways that only we can.
