I was overwhelmed when I started to plan my 2jz build, as I knew relatively nothing about building an engine. After weeks of research, lots of mistakes, and experience, I feel like I have a somewhat firm grasp on what you need to know about building this engine.
This video goes over the parts, places, and tools needed to complete the build. Obviously I can't cover everything in this video so there are some small things left out, but for the most part I think it's pretty encompassing.
