In this video we explore the largest 55+ community in Williamsburg, Virginia, Colonial Heritage. This is a stunning neighborhood of 1800 homes, that also features a beautiful 18 hole golf course. This is an active community and a great location for active adults who are moving to Williamsburg. The 25,000 square foot clubhouse and 7500 square foot athletic club feature both an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, yoga studio, pro shop, restaurant, billiards, and many meeting spaces for community group. The clubhouse banquet hall is regularly used for large corporate events and weddings. Colonial Heritage is a wonderful location for anyone looking to live in Williamsburg. Located in the Lightfoot area, you'll also be close to the Williamsburg Premium Outlets, many restaurants, Freedom Park, and, of course, it's just minutes to Colonial Williamsburg.
The homes in Colonial Heritage all features 1st floor master bedrooms. 9 ft ceilings, and garages. Some homes have basements, and some provide the option for a fenced in yard. About 80% of the homes are single family, while about 20% are attached.
