I wanted to make an introduction video to FFXI for the longest time, and this is the result.
This video is a high-level overview of Final Fantasy XI, intended for anyone who wants to play FFXI or may be interested to know just enough about the game from both lore and gameplay perspectives to get started. I also made it spoiler-free just in case.
I had initially recorded this in my own voice but hated it, so I went with a text-to-voice program instead. Also, I had wanted to work on this more and release it later, but thought it would be helpful for anyone interested in FFXI because of the 'Echoes of Vana'diel" raid series heading to FFXIV next week. I wasn't able to get some preferred video footage for certain parts, but I think this would still be helpful.
