CARTOON EVOLUTION #29 - MARVEL'S SPIDER-MAN
I take a look at the history and evolution of Marvel's Spider-Man, the comic book creation of Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, who almost instantly became Marvel Comics’ most popular and successful superhero after his debut in 1962's Amazing Fantasy #15, a mantle he still proudly holds sixty years later. In this video, to celebrate his sixtieth birthday, and the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home, we’ll trace the inception and creation of ol’ Web Head and look at his appearances in extended film and television media over the course of six decades – strongly focusing on his many cartoon appearances, as one of the most adapted superheroes in the medium.
I discuss how Peter Parker (and various other Spideys including Miles Morales and Gwen Stacey) have evolved over time, and spotlight their various changes in appearance, and personality over time. Here's my look at Spider-Man through the years! EXCELSIOR!!
