Nakatakdang i-turnover ng Pilipinas sa kustodiya ng Dutch police si dating pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kasunod nang pag-aresto sa kanya kahapon, March 11.

Ayon kay Atty. Kristina Conti, assistant to counsel ng ICC, kasunod ng mangyayaring turnover, magkakaroon na ng bisa ang Article 59 base sa protocol ng Rome Statute.
