Ex Prusa dev speaks up, how bad is the VFA and does input shaping make a difference? Prusa Core One

Does the Prusa Core One have a big VFA issue and does input shaping improve the surface quality?
It's time to find out by testing the core one to my personal printfarm and see how bad it really is.
