Urinary incontinence, or leakage, is very common after a prostatectomy for prostate cancer treatment. In this video, I guide you through 5 exercises that you can do to decrease leakage experienced after a prostatectomy. I’ll also share with you 3 specific bladder health tips to get you back to doing what you love without the pads.
