Exploring the historic town of Ouchijuku in Japan. Ouchi-juku is located in Fukushima Prefecture and served as a post town during the Edo period (1603-1868). The town has preserved its traditional Edo-era atmosphere, featuring thatched-roof buildings. I took a train from Aizu-Wakamatsu Station to Yunokami Onsen Station and then a bus to Ouchijuku. You will see many fascinating sites including Ouchijuku's former Honjin, Takakura Shrine, and much more.
