It's our day 1 in Kyoto arriving from Ubuya and we first settled down in our hotel at Watermark Hotel & Resorts in Kyoto. We then went straight ahead to Gion to explore the geisha district of Kyoto and visit the famous traditional Starbucks coffee shop. Finally, we wound down with some grilled beef at Yakiniku Marutomi just within the city center of Kyoto.
