My first experience exploring the magical city of Jakarta at night. I was able to find an incredible restaurant called Jamilos and meet the owner Mr Ibnu Jamil and enjoy some of the finest Indonesian Food, like Nasi Goreng and Satay Ayam. I was able to see a visitor try it for the first time and his mind was blown. The kindness and warmth of the Indonesian people will never stop surprising me. My Bahasa Indonesia is improving as a bule but I promise to keep learning as a foreigner who truly loves and respects Indonesia. Visiting the restaurant for the country Indonesia loves was incredible and to try some authentic kunafa in east jakarta. I highly recommend everyone visits the places I went to.
