#saskatchewan In this video I explore the city of Prince Albert in the western prairie province of Saskatchewan. Prince Albert is the third largest city in Saskatchewan after Saskatoon and Regina. It's located near the center of the province and it's about 140 km NE of Saskatoon. It is often referred to as "The Gateway to the North" as it's the northernmost city in the province and a launchpad for exploring Saskatchewan's vast northern wilderness. It often gets a bad rap for having high crime rates within the province, and the downtown area isn't as vibrant and busy as other cities in Saskatchewan. But that doesn't tell the whole story - Prince Albert has many great features and it has preserved a lot of it's history. I hope this video gives you some ideas if you're curious about Prince Albert or plan on visiting at some point in the future.
