Let me introduce you to the silicone mat as a printing surface on which to create monoprints! It is similar to gelprinting (for those of you familiar with that), but also quite different. And it's these differences which have led me down the rabbit hole of silicone mat printing in recent months, particularly trying to perfect my favourite technique, laser image transfer of my photos.
