On the first night of my first visit to Japan in about six months, I went to the teppanyaki restaurant "Madoi-MADOy- Ebisu," a seven-minute walk from Ebisu Station, and enjoyed the finest teppanyaki.
We ordered a premium course that included 3 types of A5 rank Japanese Kuroge Wagyu and large Ise Ebi lobster (spiny lobster) on the reservation site, and reserved counter seats. The head chef, Chef Sato, cooked the food right in front of us. Chef Sato not only has a long experience as a chef both in Japan and overseas, but he also has a side as a sommelier. While talking with the chef, we were able to enjoy watching the luxurious ingredients being skillfully and carefully prepared right in front of our eyes. The warm hospitality of the chef and other staff was wonderful, the food was exquisite, and we had a happy and great time. It was a very nice hideaway for adults where you can enjoy a special feeling in a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
We will upload videos of the hotels, inns, and restaurants where we stayed during our stay in Japan as they become available.
