The reaction to outgoing president Joe Biden delivering pardons right before Donald Trump was inaugurated was one of “shock” to the American people, claims Sky News Chief Election Analyst Tom Connell.
“It was extraordinary,” Mr Connell told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“Some people said, ‘Hang on, is this real?’ The timing of it, all the names in there.”
