Introverted Feeling (Fi) is used by the xxFP types in the Myers-Briggs 16 personalities system (INFP, ISFP, ENFP, ESFP). In this video I'll define the cognitive functions Extraverted Feeling Fe and Introverted Feeling Fi.
A big difference between these two cognitive functions is Fe's External Harmony of individuals vs. Fi's Internal Harmony of values within the self. What standards of behavior get a cooperative group rapport (Fe) vs. What standards of behavior resonate with me personally (Fi)?
