Hello friends! Welcome to part two of this decluttering series. Today we are tackling "my" half of the bedroom, aka the dresser, the shelves, and the side table. I also discuss how ADHD -- and learning more about it -- has helped me shed the shame surrounding homemaking, and how it's improving my ability to keep up with my house. I think many of the things I employ are helpful whether you have ADHD or not; they are also useful simply for long-time collectors, people struggling with energy issues, depression, anxiety, etc. Wherever you are in your home-simplifying journey, I hope this video is encouraging!
Much love,
Kristina
