After watching Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, I was inspired to finally declutter 17 years+ of accumulated clutter in my room after letting things pile up during COVID. Basically decluttering all my stuff since college, multiple apartments, my books/papers from when I worked in investment banking, my music gear as a musician in LA, my CD collection from high school, super old clothes, stacks of books, and random things that I couldn't let go of as a maximalist with a "just-in-case" hoarding issue. I took on this extreme decluttering challenge using Marie Kondo's legendary KonMari Method to see if I could declutter my room and my life.
