A step by step start to finish tutorial on how to grow any wood loving mushroom in a monotub setup. Featuring the new monotub line from Microppose.com and my favorite King Oyster (Pleurotus eryngii) strain from Fresh Fungi on Etsy. I wanted to work with a species that requires a significant amount of fresh air exchange to fruit normally in order to discuss and demonstrate techniques for manipulating the microclimate within the monotub in order to achieve favorable fruiting conditions. Second flush ended up at 1 lb. 6 oz. That's over $50 retail of fresh kings in two flushes, not bad 💰
