Assassin's Creed Revelations is, in many ways, an emotionally fulfilling ending for Ezio Auditore. But, at the same time, it was the first game in the series to really suffer from Ubisoft's greedy shift to yearly releases, reduced dev time, and a 10 year plan instead of a trilogy. Revelations remains, to this day, the game with the least time and resources committed to it, and you can see that in the sacrifices made to the content and the story. In my personal opinion, Ezio deserved better than that.
