In this video I use 1/8" aluminum and an aluminum trailer fender to make replacement fenders for The Super Service Truck. I cut up the trailer fender and TIG weld the edges of it onto the aluminum plates to give the fender a flair lip. The 1/8" aluminum I bend in my brake to stiffen it and provide edges that can be screwed onto the service body to attach it.
