*Here are the ingredients*
The measurement I used: 250 ml water glass
Dough
1 cup warm water
1 cup warm milk
1 egg white (yolk will be applied on the surface)
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet of powdered flour
4,5-5 cups of flour
Stuffing
300 gr minced beef
2 medium size Kurusoğan
3 green chillies
1 Capsicum
1 medium-sized tomato
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
A pinch of parsley
1 teaspoon lightly peaked salt
1 teaspoon hot chilli pepper
1 teaspoon red chilli pepper
Quarter glass of vegetable oil
To spread on the surface:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon milk
Sesame
Cooking Time:
Preheated lower top setting 190 degrees in the oven for about 40/45 minutes (each oven is different cooking time may vary)
