In this video, I will show you how to make Persian traditional ice cream. locally known as bastani sonnati or bastani sonnati zaferani, is an Iranian ice cream made from milk, eggs, sugar, rose water, saffron, and pistachios. It is known widely as Persian ice cream. Bastani often contains flakes of frozen clotted cream. Also, salep is included as an ingredient.
