As always the explanation to Ein's Au (MY AU) is here. ( I wrote it down this time so I wouldn't forget) Ein as most of you know is a wolf. though Ein and Aphmau are siblings here, well at first Ein had no idea He even had a sister until a couple years after high school. He found out due to the fact that Ein's and Aphmau's Father Zack wanted to be apart of Aphmau's life, but not only was not allowed to cause of Aphmau's mom, but because Micheal ( demon dude) had no revsoul, if you will, he could at any point control anyone including Aphmau. To fix this issue Zack decided to "Experiment" On Ein to basically make him strong enough to have control over Micheal as long as he stayed calm and had control over his emotions. this did work up until the point that Zack wanted to kill Micheal. there was a way to do it but in order to kill Micheal it ment killing Ein as well. this didn't go to plan, Due to the fact Ein had control over not only his mind but his body as well, Micheal was a tiny voice in the back of his head listening to everything. This lead to Micheal taking control of Eins mind and lead to the fight in season 4. Even after the fight in season 4 Micheal stayed in control of Ein which then lead to the fight in season 5/6. after the fight in was over Ein made it very clear that he wanted nothing to do with Zack. Ein wanted to be a better person not only because he wanted to have friends and have a relationship with his sister but because he wanted to put that in the past. it took a really long time for Everyone to trust him after what happened. when the years went by they met more people ( including the my inner demon characters) and when they noticed that Ein really did want to change they gave him that second chance he wanted, he became friends with everyone. when Ein Became friends with Pierce, he was always finding the question in his head of what being with Pierce would be like. after a while of being friends ds they eventually became lovers.
